We are able to provide a variety of services through the program such as: glucose monitoring machines, test strips, nutritional education, and diabetes education. We will notify and provide glucose screening to members and advertise this through the tribal newsletter and flyers of special events. Tracy has been employed with the Tribe full time since March, 2003. She had worked previously within the organization through a Administration for American Indians (ANA) Grant in 2001.
Her current duties are assisting the Health and Human Services Department in daily office procedures. She answers the phone for the department and routes all calls to the appropriate department. She is also the Data Entry staff for our programs. This data is entered into the RPMS system and is essential for reporting to Indian Health Services. She currently sits on 2 committees; Enrollment & HHS. |
